Things you should know . . .

Mat Rental: If your mat is stolen or misplaced you will only
be charged the depreciated value. When or if the mat is
recovered, we will happily refund that charge, providing the
mat is in its original condition. |
Colours
The
mat colours that you view on this site will vary depending
on
monitors and settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that
the colour you see is completely accurate of the actual mat
colour. The only way to view the exact colour is on the
fabric swatches which will be supplied, free of charge, on
request.
Artwork
All Logo Mat
orders will have an artwork proof created before production.
An artist will create a proof based on customer colour
requests and layout. A proof will be emailed to customer for
approval before manufacturing.
Typographical Errors
Mirage Mat
Service recognizes that there may from time to time be
typographical errors within product specifications, sizes,
and pricing. In the event of a pricing error, customer will
be contacted with changes. Mirage Mat Service reserves the
right to cancel any order.
Price Changes
Due to the
constant variability of all outside factors, Mirage Mat
Service reserves the right to change any and all pricing on
its web site at its sole discretion.
Pricing Policy
All our prices are
in AU$ and inclusive of GST. Product prices may vary
when price changes are received from our suppliers.
At Mirage Mat
Service we constantly strive to provide “VALUE FOR MONEY”
which is why we will not be beaten on price for a comparable
product.
If you find a
cheaper advertised price for the same product elsewhere,
email or phone us with the details of the supplier together
with the prices of the product required and we will
endeavour to provide you with a more competitive quote.
